Working with Lisa means looking your worst fears in the eye and confronting them, while being held in a space that feels safe and supported. Lisa helped me see blind spots that I by myself couldn’t reach, gain full new perspectives on situations and always brings a refreshing, playful atmosphere in which I can explore what I want for myself, and so in my life. She feels like a friend by now, and after months of her as my coach I can honestly say I love her. Thank you for all your continuous loving and honest support, for being a mirror and for challenging me with your fun exercises and methods to help me feel grounded and empowered. Coaching with Lisa has been a blast. I rarely find such a holistic coach, who is intuitive and can challenge me to rise high while held in a space with love. Every session is dynamic. I’ve had deep root cause breakthroughs with Lisa, and I’m someone who constantly does inner work myself. These deep root-cause breakthroughs are helping me shift destructive tendencies which are re-appearing in my life, into flow, ease and creation.

Anfang des Jahres 2022 wurde ich von
der lieben Lisa über 3 Monate bei einem Life-Schauspielcoaching
begleitet. Diese Zeit war für mich unglaublich wertvoll. Lisa hat mir jjede
Woche zugehört und mir den Spiegel vorgehalten, wobei
immer wieder neue Themen an denen ich arbeiten möchte zum Vorschein kamen und durch die gemeinsame Arbeit eine gewisse Klarheit reingebracht werden konnte.
Sodurch wurden mir die nächsten Schritte klarer und das wöchentliche Onlinetreffen mit Lisa gab mir in meiner Selbstständigkeit eine gewisse Struktur und Halt.
Lisa hat eine sehr warme und offene Art. Trotz des online und nicht 1:1 geführten Coachings,
spürt Lisa sehr gut heraus wie es mir geht und was ich brauche.
Sie traut sich unangenehme Themen anzusprechen und
dort weiter zu grübeln, was sehr wichtig ist! Dies konnte manchmal sehr unangenehm sein,
ist aber von Nöten um davon zu profitieren und Fortschritte zu machen.
Lisa bringt auch gerne von Ihren eigenen Coachings und Lebenserfahrungen mit rein, wodurch ein sehr
offener und vertrauter Raum entstehen konnte, indem ich mich sehr getragen und gesehen gefühlt habe.
Sie schafft ein sehr wunderbares Gleichgewicht von Vertrautheit und Strenge zu erschaffen. Was beides mir sehr wichtige Punkte sind für eine Zusammenarbeit und ein Weiterkommen.
